California Cuvee
On the palate, this cuvee is rich and layered with flavors of Asian pear and honeysuckle, intertwined with subtle hints of mandarin peel and marzipan. The zesty finish of this wine is focused and crisp. 20.99

James Suckling Review 91
A flavorful sparkling with dried raspberry, baked apple, mango and toasted brioche on the nose. It’s medium-bodied with rich layers of fresh and dried fruit. Crisp with fine bubbles. Fresh, saline finish.

These are two reviews I found for the Cuvee. Same wine, but completely different profiles. Thought it might be of interest. Lesson learned. Lol.

Pinot Gris 2023
Notes of ripe pear, peach, and citrus fruits, complemented by subtle floral undertones. On the palate, it offers a rich and textured experience, balancing crisp acidity with a lush fruitiness that leads to a clean, refreshing finish. 17.99

Chardonnay 2023
An enticing bouquet of ripe peach, golden apple, and a hint of citrus blossom, complemented by a refined minerality and a subtle touch of oak. On the palate, this wine reveals a rich tapestry of flavors, from the lush, tropical fruit notes characteristic of Napa's warmth, to the sophisticated, layered complexity that Sonoma's cool climate imparts, finished with the vibrant, refreshing acidity that is a hallmark of Monterey's coastal influence. This symphony of flavors is supported by a creamy texture and a balanced acidity, leading to a long, elegant finish. 23.99

Pinot Noir
Medium bodied with balanced acidity, this wine offers generous notes of ripe cherries, berries, and pomegranate, followed by subtle undertones of cocoa dust, earth, and toast that add depth and complexity to the wine's flavor profile. 23.99
